Dane Brugler of The Athletic has put out another 2024 NFL mock draft. This one goes two rounds. He has the Tennessee Titans taking Joe Alt, offensive tackle, Notre Dame with the number seven overall pick. This would be a home run pick for the Titans. We will all be holding our breath with each of the first six picks hoping that an offensive tackle doesn’t go off the board. For what it is worth, Alt was the first tackle picked in this draft.

Brugler had the Titans going corner with their second pick, specifically Kamari Lassiter from Georgia. Corner is the least talked about huge need that the Titans have. They were terrible at the position last year, especially after Kristian Fulton went down. If we are being honest, they weren’t that good there before Fulton went down. My guess is that Fulton will not be here next year, but the chances that he returns are better now that Mike Vrabel won’t be the coach.

Here is what Brugler had to say about Lassiter:

The Titans’ defense ranked 30th in the percentage of targets that resulted in a reception (71.0). Lassiter is smart, smooth and very competitive — only 38.5 percent of his targets this season resulted in a catch.

The needs the Titans have will change after free agency, but as things stand today, would you be happy with this draft?
