Ran Carthon and Mike Vrabel have failed miserably this offseason

it wasn't supposed this way yet here we are and there's no way to say it the Titans 2023 offseason has been a disaster here's all the things that Vrabel and Carthon have done:

1. Publicly alienate 2 franchise players in Derrick Henry and Kevin Byard look business is cruel and tough and yes the scary cap situation is bad but did Ran Carthon and Mike Vrabel have to publicly put Henry on the trading and publicly tell Byard to take a pay cut this could've been handled internally but this got leaked and that's a poor reflection of Vrabel and Carthon's leadership.

2. Make the QB situation the worst situation in the NFL. Look I blame this one more on Robinson, Vrabel, and Downing 2 out of the 3 have been fired and I suspect Vrabel will be fired after 2023. They not only arrogantly stuck with Tannehill for too long but when they drafted a replacement in Malik Willis he was unprepared and not ready to play some on Willis own doing but I blame Robinson, Downing and Vrabel for failing to develop Malik Willis and they seemed to go out of their way to sabotage Malik Willis development you can't convince any sane minded Titans fan that Josh Dobbs was a better option than Willis I believe we would've been in the playoffs of Willis started the last 2 games.

3. I know it's early but the Will Levis pick is already a disaster the Titans got lucky he fell to the second round but it's obvious he fell in the second round due to poor play and maturity issues and he's already showing signs he's not good he's being outplayed by Malik Willis in training camp but it's an awkward position that the Titans created and Levis is showing signs of immaturity one Levis has failed to sign his contract and he's a second rounder and Levis for apparently no reason is in a contract dispute with the Titans and two he's posted more pictures of women in bikinis on social media and nonsense on Tik Tok than getting better as a QB.

4. Failing to get CJ Stroud or Bryce Young look in fairness to Carthon and Vrabel they would've probably had to give up too much long tern but for 2 franchise QBs it's worth the risk and now once again the Titans are stuck in QB uncertainty because they stuck with Tannehill too long and they have no one to blame but themselves and unless we get Caleb Williams Drake Make or a Joe Burrow or Trevor Lawrence type prospect missing on Stroud and Young will be Carthon and Vrabels Titans legacy missing on another franchise changing QB.
