The Tennessee Titans have revealed their intention to construct the Titans House, providing fans with an immersive preview of the new $2.1 billion stadium. Situated at 601 Taylor Place in Germantown, the Titans House will encompass 10,800 square feet and will be adjacent to the popular 5th & Taylor restaurant. It is scheduled to open in the spring of 2024. The purpose of the Titans House is to boost ticket and private suite sales for the upcoming Titans stadium, expected to be completed by 2027.
