The Tennessee Titans (3-7) and Carolina Panthers (1-9) released Friday’s final injury report ahead of Sunday’s AFC versus NFC meeting. Head coach Mike Vrabel ruled OUT sophomore wide receiver Treylon Burks and offensive tackle Chris Hubbard.

Rookie sixth-round pick Jaelyn Duncan will make his debut start at left tackle, sources initially confirmed to Justin Melo. Duncan did not allow a sack or pressure in limited action last weekend against the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to Pro Football Focus. Duncan gets the nod ahead of $30 million tackle Andre Dillard, who is healthy enough to play.

Dillon Radunz will start at right tackle. Hubbard suffered a season-ending biceps injury, but has yet to officially be placed on IR. That could occur on Saturday, with a reserve offensive linemen being elevated to the 53-man roster.

Burks will miss a third consecutive contest with a concussion. Perhaps the Titans misread his return-to-play timeline and would’ve been better off placing him on IR. Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, Kyle Philips, and Chris Moore will continue playing in expanded roles as as result of Burks’ concussion.

Cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting will return from a multi-week thumb injury. He’ll line up outside with Kristian Fulton. Roger McCreary should return to his usual slot position as a result.

Linebacker Luke Gifford is questionable. Safety Terrell Edmunds was limited for a second consecutive practice and is also listed as questionable. As expected, Derrick Henry isn’t carrying a game-day injury designation.

The Panthers ruled out tight end Hayden Hurst with a concussion. Defensive end Yetur Gross-Matos (hamstring) and safety Jeremy Chinn (quad) were also ruled OUT. Chinn represents a big absence for the Panthers defense.

Cornerbacks Jaycee Horn and CJ Henderson are listed as doubtful. Their expected absences represents a big void in Carolina’s secondary, joining Chinn. Horn was attempting to return from a lengthy layoff, but it appears he’ll need another week.
