Man, Carson Wentz sure feels a lot like Marcus Mariota to me. A guy that clearly has a ton of talent and, when right, a guy that can lead a team to good things. The problem is the “when right” piece of the equation.
To that end, Wentz missed the Colts training camp practice today because of a foot injury he suffered at the end of the Thursday’s practice according to Adam Schefter:
Colts' QB Carson Wentz is out indefinitely as he undergoes further testing on a foot injury that he suffered at the end of Thursday's practice, per @MikeWellsNFL and me.

Colts' second-year QB Jacob Eason took the starter reps at today's practice, with Sam Ellinger as his backup.
Now, we are talking about missing a practice at the end of July. That doesn’t mean he won’t be ready to go when the season starts, or even next week, but he is one of those guys who seems to always have something going on to hold him out of practice.
Allan Bell pointed out on Twitter that the odds at the FanDuel Sportsbook to win the AFC South have flipped from the Colts being the favorite to the Titans being the favorite:
The AFC South division odds are on the move.

After the Carson Wentz announcement, Titans' odds at @FDSportsbook have dropped from +115 to +110 and are continuing to go.
Why the Titans weren’t already the favorites is beyond me.
