Julio Jones was on the field for the first time today with the Titans. The last time I was this excited to see a player on the field with the Titans was Randy Moss’s first practice with the team. Here’s to hoping that this one turns out better than that one did.
You can see from the videos posted below that Julio is just different. Watch any of the videos where he is working on the ladder. Just watching the quickness of his feet is a whole different thing.
The best part of this is that he looks 100% healthy. He missed the last half of the season with a hamstring injury last year. Those don’t usually linger over an offseason, and Julio’s hasn’t.
It’s also really cool that Julio was on the field today for a voluntary OTA. There was some talk about whether or not he would be here next week for the mandatory mini-camp. He chose to practice today!
