Ian Rapoport is reporting that the Titans are not tendering Kalif Raymond:
The #Titans are not tendering WR/returner Kalif Raymond, source said. He was a top 10 punt returner last year, now a free agent.

First off, we will always have the Raymond touchdown catch against the Ravens. That is in the top-10 of my favorite all-time plays from the Titans. Unfortunately, he couldn’t repeat that success when given more chances in 2020. The last pass that was thrown his way was the pass where he slipped and the Titans 2020 season ended.
The Titans currently don’t have much at receiver for 2021. I keep hearing that things are trending towards an extension with Corey Davis. That would be good because right now it’s A.J. Brown and a bunch of people that aren’t any good. Signing Davis would give them a nice 1-2 punch at the top. They will still need to sign/draft a couple more receivers of note.
There are going to be a lot of moves here and around the league over the next few days. We will keep you updated.
