The Titans are, in fact, signing Bud Dupree according to Ian Rapoport:
The #Titans are in fact signing former #Steelers pass-rusher Bud Dupree, sources tell me and @TomPelissero. Another top edge off the market.

Imagine spending the whole year complaining about the Titans pass rush and then complaining about this signing. That seems insane to me!
The deal is a for $16.5 million according to Ian Rapoport:
It’s $16.5M a year for Bud Dupree on a multi-year deal. https://t.co/vhpkZCf6nL

Dupree has 19.5 sacks in the last two seasons.
It will be interesting to see what the total money is here. My guess is that the cap number will be really low in 2020 and that there will be some voidable years at the end of the deal. That is what the Titans need to make things work for this year.
I have been as critical of Jon Robinson as anyone, but I really like what he did here. Free agency should be used to make the team better. Fill holes in free agency and draft for value. This deal hits the biggest need the Titans have had for quite a while now.
