It is going to suck seeing Jonnu in that uniform.
Jonnu is a guy that can do a lot of things for an offense. He gives you the versatility of being able to line up and block as well as make plays in the receiving game. There were also times here that they lined him up in the backfield and handed him the ball.
Bill Belichick is a guy that knows how to use tight ends in his offense. They will need to find a quarterback that can actually throw the ball to take advantage of Jonnu’s abilities in the receiving game, but hey, he can block for Cam Newton when he runs!
Of course we will always remember the “one cheek equals two feet” touchdown catch against the Ravens in the playoffs.
