We will not panic before the negotiation period even opens, but this was not the news I was hoping to see this morning:
Both WR Corey Davis and TE Jonnu Smith are aware that the #Titans will not be bringing them back to Nashville. Both will hit the free agent market per sources.

Here is my problem, the Titans will only have A.J. Brown, Cameron Batson and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine employed as pass catchers when the league year opens on Wednesday. Look, I love Derrick Henry more than anyone, don’t test me on this because it’s true, but you can’t literally hand him the ball on every play. They need some other pieces on offense in addition to Henry and Brown.
The other thing is this window the Titans are in is only open for a max of two more years. After that, you are most likely going to be at least thinking about what the next plan is at quarterback and running back. Why not push all your chips to the middle of the table to get try and get a win now?
Again, no panic yet, but I was hoping at least one of Corey Davis or Jonnu Smith would be retained.
