It is time for our weekly look at how the 2021 draft class performed. Like the rest of the team, the 2021 Tennessee Titans’ rookie class has been hit pretty hard by injuries. First-round pick Caleb Farley, Rashad Weaver, and Racey McMath are all currently on IR. That’s almost half of the draft class. Hopefully, only Farley who tore his ACL, is lost for the year.
Let’s take a look at what the other guys in the class did against the Colts:
Dillon Radunz improved his pass blocking rate from last week....up to 40.6* from 16.3(!) the week before. That’s the good news. The bad news is that his run blocking grade went from 75.5 to 65.1. Radunz has been a bit of a disaster of a pick to this point.
Third-round pick Monty Rice was back on the field after missing the Chiefs game the week before due to injury. He played 54 snaps and graded out with a 33.5 overall. Not great.
The Titans other third-round pick, Elijah Molden, had a very nice week. Of course, the highlight of his career to this point is the pick-six he had on Carson Wentz this season. As for how he graded out, that was pretty good as well - he finished the game with a 72.4 grade in coverage. His run grade, 41.4 which I don’t care about at all, brought his overall grade down to 66.6. It was a good week for Molden.
Brady Breeze was inactive.
