The Tennessee Titans can officially win the AFC South today with a win in Houston against the Texans. Houston’s 31st ranked run defense will be put to the test early and often by Derrick Henry, who is looking for his first 2,000 yard season.
For Tennessee, they’ll get another piece of their secondary back today — which is good news considering Deshaun Watson is on the other side of the ball. Rookie Kristian Fulton returns, giving the Titans their healthiest secondary look of the entire season. That’s good news with a likely playoff matchup coming next week.
The Titans will be without kicker Stephen Gostkowski, who remains on the COVID list. Sam Sloman will fill in. Brett Kern is good to go after landing on the COVID list earlier in the week.
Houston will be without starting left tackle Laremy Tunsil today, making Watson’s job just a little bit tougher.
