It’s now official, Arthur Smith is the new head coach of the Atlanta Falcons. We knew this was probably going to happen this morning when it was reported that the Falcons had made him an offer. A huge congratulation to Art. He has a really cool story. There aren’t many people in his situation that would pay his dues like Arthur has. I think he will do a great job.

It will be interesting to see where the Titans turn from here. This is now the second time that Mike Vrabel has lost his offensive coordinator to become the head coach of another team. That had never happened for the Titans before this. That’s really something.

We know Vrabel is willing to look outside the box for an offensive coordinator. It shouldn’t be such a tough sell for him to get someone here. If they get everyone healthy on the offensive line and add another wide receiver or two, there is no reason this group can’t be just as good, if not better, next year.
