The Titans finalized their 16-man practice squad this morning. This year every NFL team can have 16 players on it’s practice squad. Six of those players can have any level of NFL experience. That is a change from year’s past due to COVID.
Today the Titans added Cameron Batson and Malik Jefferson to the squad. The full list (in addition to these two) includes:
- OLB Jamal Davis
- TE Tommy Hudson
- OL Brandon Kemp
- K Tucker McCann
- RB Jeremy McNichols
- CB Kareem Orr
- OL David Quessenberry
- OLB Wyatt Ray
- QB Trevor Siemian
- DL Kobe Smith
- CB Tye Smith
- DL Teair Tart
- WR Nick Westbrook-Ikhine
This year teams can also protect four players every week that other NFL teams cannot sign. The Titans have announced their 4 for this week:

Siemian
Ray
They cannot be signed away this week.
I think it is safe to say you will see McCann and Siemian on that list every week. Kicker and quarterback are the two positions it would be the toughest to replace in a positive COVID scenario.
