There was some bad news during Mike Vrabel’s pre-practice media session today. It sounds like Derick Roberson could be down for a little while. Don’t look now, but the Titans are really thin at the outside linebacker position.
Vrabel says Roberson won't be practicing today. Doesn't go beyond that.

In true Vrabel fashion, he was unwilling to divulge any more information regarding the extent of Roberson’s injury. Roberson had to be carted off the field during Tuesday’s practice session. With Week 1 just around the corner, Roberson’s chances of being ready for Denver don’t sound great.
Part of me wonders if this opens up the door for Wyatt Ray and/or D’Andre Walker to play some significant snaps to kick off the season. Vrabel has been complimentary of both players as of late. I certainly expect at least one of them, if not both of them to make the final roster.
#Titans' Vrabel: Re OLB, said Wyatt Ray has come in and learned quickly. D'Andre Walker is improving, getting lot of reps. Conditioning has improved.

With the team having to get down to a 53-man roster by this Saturday afternoon, the Titans certainly have some very difficult decisions to make at the outside linebacker position.
