The Titans suffered the first potentially significant injuries of training camp today when both Nate Davis and Derick Roberson had to be carted off:
Couple notable injuries at practice today: Nate Davis carted off with apparent leg injury. Roberson also carted to locker room, had to be helped inside. Only putting weight on one leg.

The injury to Davis is of particular concern. Davis struggled a little bit at the beginning of last year but was solid by the end of the year. Jamil Douglas, the guy that would presumably start if Davis has to miss time, was terrible when playing early in the season last year. Do I need to tell you how important the offensive line is for this offense?
Roberson would be a significant loss because he figures to be a factor in the pass rushing rotation. Since Jadeveon Clowney is apparently not walking through that door, the Titans plan has to be getting after the quarterback with a rotation of fresh guys.
We don’t yet know the severity of either of these injuries, and if Mike Vrabel has his way, we won’t know anything until next week.
