Pro Football Focus, via ESPN, ranked all 32 NFL rosters. Before we get to where the Titans are ranked, let’s just take a minute to enjoy the fact that the Jaguars are ranked dead last. DUVALLLLL
The Titans are ranked 8th. I think you can make the argument that they are better than the Bills and the Buccaneers who are ranked ahead of them, but I don’t really have that big of an issue with the ranking. In fact, it is a huge testament to the work Jon Robinson has done because they probably would have been 32nd in this exercise when he took over.
They ranked an “X factor” for each team, and it should come as no surprise that the “X factor” for the Titans is Ryan Tannehill. People who actually watched Tannehill play last year know how good he was. The question is can he reach close to that same level of success in 2020. If he does, the Titans should win the division and host a playoff game for the first time since 2008.
