2020 NFL day 2 mock draft: WHAT?!?!

Lance Zierlein of has put out a day 2 NFL mock draft and I would be willing to bet any amount of money that you want that his second round pick for the Titans is wrong. That is because he has the Titans taking Jacob Eason, QB Washington with that pick, saying he’s a solid back-up for Ryan Tannehill.

While that may be true, there is no shot the Titans are trying to get their back-up quarterback in the second round after giving their starting quarterback a new $100 million contract this offseason. Especially when you consider the needs this team has and how close they were to getting to the Super Bowl last year.

Zierlein did have the Titans taking Cameron Dantzler, CB, Mississippi State in the third round. That pick makes a lot of sense for what this team, you know, actually needs.

Oh, and I don’t know about you, but seeing a #10 quarterback from the University of Washington made me shudder a little bit.
