Derrick Henry on Bussin’ with the Boys

Unless you have lived under a rock for the last year, you know that Taylor Lewan and Will Compton started a podcast called Bussin’ with the Boys. The got on the national map last offseason when they had Mike Vrabel on and he told them just how much a Super Bowl title as a coach would mean to him. Their show was recently bought by Barstool Sports and is now a part of their network.

Last night they published an episode with Derrick Henry. I have to say that it is my favorite episode to date. I also have to say that I love Derrick Henry so much. Paying a running back huge money never works out, but I don’t care. They should pay Henry whatever it takes to make sure he stays here. That dude loves to play football. It was so much fun to hear him talk about the season and especially all of the Earl Thomas stuff.

It was also cool to hear Lewan talk about the stuff with Eddie George last year. You probably remember that Eddie said on The Midday 180 that people in the locker room and around the league didn’t view Lewan as a leader. Taylor took that really well and even got Eddie’s number from Henry to call him and talk about that....not because he was pissed, but because he wanted to know why people felt that way and how he could change it.
