Mike Vrabel: Adoree Jackson to practice today

Divisional Round - Tennessee Titans v Baltimore Ravens Photo by Will Newton/Getty Images

Mike Vrabel, who usually gives you just north of nothing in his pre-practice press conferences, actually dropped the nugget today that Adoree Jackson will practice. This will be the first time Adoree has practiced since the Titans activated him form injured reserve on November 11th(!). That doesn’t mean he will play this week, but barring another setback, the Titans should get him back in time to get some run in games before the playoffs. I wouldn’t have bet on that before the news this morning.

The other guy to watch this week will be Kristian Fulton. He was designated to return two weeks ago. That means, like with Adoree, they will have to make a decision on activating him or putting him on season ending IR soon. A secondary that features Adoree, Malcolm Butler, Fulton and Desmond King has the chance to be really good.

Can it make up for the lack of a pass rush? Probably not, but it has a better chance than what they have been running out there for the majority of the season.
