The Titans won against the Patriots on Saturday, an upset, but not completely shocking. The Titans now have to go to Baltimore and face arguably the best team in the NFL. They were 9.5 point underdogs when the line opened on Saturday night, I’m sure they’ll use that as bulletin board material.
Derrick Henry was the biggest part of the Titans win on Saturday, and he’ll need to be a big time part of the game next Saturday if the Titans want to pull off the upset. The Titans also will need bigger contributions from Ryan Tannehill and AJ Brown to win, as I think the game will be much higher scoring than 20-13.
Adoree Jackson and Tramaine Brock were both good on Saturday, which Mike Vrabel noted in his press conference on Sunday.
When the game was on the line, Brett Kern kicked a beauty of a punt that was downed at the 1 yard line. The subsequent play was a pick 6 which sealed the game.
Derrick Henry’s birthday was a tremendous success you could say.
