The Titans get another primetime Saturday night game this week when they travel to Baltimore to take on the Ravens. That game will kickoff at 7:15 Saturday night. This is the chance for the Titans to avenge two of the toughest loses of my life.
The first one came all the way back in 2001. It was the Al Del Greco game. The Titans were 13-3 and the best team in the league. The Ravens came to town, gained about 15 yards (slight exaggeration), and won the game because Del Greco picked that moment for his career to end.
The second one came back in 2009. Again, the Titans were the best team in the league and the Ravens came to Nashville. They put a dirty hit on Chris Johnson, Alge Crumpler and LenDale White lost fumbles deep in Ravens territory, and the officials missed a ridiculous delay of game call. Once again the Titans lost.
How awesome would it be for the Titans to flip the script on the Ravens this year??
