The Titans may be without right guard Kevin Pamphile on Sunday for the second game in a row as he missed practice on Wednesday with a knee injury. OLB Reggie Gilbert also missed practice on Wednesday due to a knee injury. It’s the same injuries that held both players out of last week’s game with the Cleveland Browns.
Pamphile (knee) and Gilbert (knee) both listed as DNPs on Wednesday with injuries. Wake and Walker, who did not practice, listed as "not injury related" on @Titans Injury Report

Jamil Douglas started in Pamphile’s place last Sunday. The good news is that Douglas was surprisingly good in that game. More on that here.
Veterans Delanie Walker and Cameron Wake received the day off, as neither player practiced Wednesday but the Titans clarified that their absence was “not injury related.” The Titans made a habit of giving their veterans some maintenance days throughout training camp, and it seems like that trend may continue throughout the season. It’s kept the team extremely healthy up until this point.
Running back David Fluellen was also limited with a hamstring issue, apparently a new issue he picked up today.

If Fluellen’s issue is considered serious I’d expect to see a corresponding roster move pretty quickly since the Titans only have two other running backs — Derrick Henry and Dion Lewis — on the current 53-man roster. Hopefully it’s just a minor tweak.
We should have a better idea on all three players availability for Sunday’s divisional game with the Colts once tomorrow’s injury report is released.
