Titans sign Quart’e Sapp; Waive Nigel Harris

The Titans announced today that they have signed LB Quart’e Sapp who played at the University of Tennessee. The Titans had Sapp in during rookie mini-camp earlier this offseason but did not sign him. Sapp surprised a lot of people when he left UT after his junior year. He went undrafted.

The Titans also waived/injured Nigel Harris who had been with the team since October of last year. He was first signed to the practice squad before being promoted to the active roster in December.
