NFL Draft results: Titans select Jeffery Simmons with the 19th pick

The Titans have taken Jeffery Simmons with the 19th pick in the 2019 NFL Draft. This is great value for a guy that probably would have been a top 10 pick had he not torn his ACL at the beginning of the draft process. Simmons finally gives the Titans a guy that opposing teams have to fear next to Jurrell Casey on the offensive line.

There are obviously quite a few questions surrounding this pick including the injury and an off the field incident that happened before Simmons got to Mississippi State. I will let you read up on that for yourself and draw your own conclusions.

The Titans aren’t currently scheduled to pick again until the 51st pick. Here is the list of their remaining selections:

• Round 2, Pick 19 (51st Overall)
• Round 3, Pick 18 (82nd Overall)
• Round 4, Pick 19 (121st Overall)
• Round 5, Pick 19 (157th Overall)
• Round 6, Pick 15 (188th Overall)

The Titans biggest remaining needs are EDGE, iOL, and WR.
