As year one went on, Rashaan Evans got better and better. In year two he could absolutely explode with the Titans and make a leap like Jayon Brown did this past year. It’s not unreasonable to expect the Titans to have one of the best ILB duos in the NFL for the foreseeable future.
The Titans don’t have a top 11 WR duo in the NFL, and I don’t expect them to. I do think that Chris Godwin and Mike Evans will jump high onto this list.
NFL.com has the top 16 teams in the NFL and somehow they have the Bills and the Ravens as bubble teams in the AFC, yet the Titans and the Texans don’t make the list.
