It really cannot be overstated how important this game is. The winner here will move into sole possession of first place in the AFC South with just 2 games left to play. There is a good chance that both of these teams end up in the playoffs, but winning the division gives you the advantage of hosting a first round game and not having to scoreboard watch over the last couple of weeks. The Titans need to take advantage of the fact that this game is in Nashville.

The biggest thing I am watching currently is the Derrick Henry situation. He is going to play, but how healthy will he be? Ryan Tannehill and this offense have been great with the big fella back there running like he has been. Things will be a lot different is he is obviously limited.
