Will you get Titans vs. Chiefs on your TV Sunday?

CBS has decided to feature the Titans vs. Chiefs game this weekend. The red on the map above is that game. That means the majority of the nation will be able to watch it live. We also get the CBS “A” team in Jim Nantz and Tony Romo for the second time this year (they called the opener against the Browns as well).

The Titans are obviously not the reason we get Nantz and Romo again. I think that is happening for 2 reasons:

  1. The Chiefs are one of the most entertaining teams in the league with Patrick Mahomes under center, and after Mahomes got in a full practice yesterday, it appears he will make his first start in just over 3 weeks.
  2. The slate of games that CBS has this week really isn’t all that intriguing.

As for the rest of the day, we will only get one other game on TV locally with the FOX broadcast at noon being blacked out in middle Tennessee:
