Our friend Dan Kadar has put out his list of the best players available heading into the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft. Of interest to the Titans is the top player on the list, Harold Landry, EDGE, Boston College.
We spent a lot of time talking about Landry throughout the process. I don’t have any #sources here, but I have to believe that teams have some medial red flags on Landry for him to fall all the way out of the first round. He was the 16th best player on Kadar’s board. I have seen him as high as 8 from some really respected draft guys.
The Titans don’t pick again until #57, but with the way things went tonight, it seems like there is a real chance they could walk away with Landry, Josh Sweat or Sam Hubbard with that pick. A draft with Evans up top and one of those guys in the second round would have to be considered a huge success.
There are also plenty of good interior offensive lineman (Will Hernandez and James Daniels), a cornerback in Josh Jackson and wide receivers available.
Where do you think the Titans should go at pick 57?
