Daniel Jeremiah of NFL Network has put out his 3rd 2018 NFL mock draft. Jeremiah has an excellent podcast that he runs called Move the Sticks. If you are into draft stuff, you should be listening to it.
Jeremiah has the Titans taking James Daniel, C, Iowa with the 25th pick. Here were his comments:
Daniels is the best center in the draft and I believe he could handle any of the three interior positions.
This pick makes sense, but I don’t love it. It’s probably because I am buying all of the Josh Sweat hype. Back to Daniels, the fact that he can play all 3 interior positions is huge. If the Titans did draft him, he would probably compete with Quinton Spain for the left guard position this year and then could move to center in 2019 when the Titans will more than likely move on from Ben Jones.
