Sam Hubbard over Josh Sweat?

NCAA Football: Cotton Bowl-Ohio State vs Southern California Tim Heitman-USA TODAY Sports

Josh Norris has put out his 4th mock draft of the 2018 NFL draft season. Josh is a guy that really puts his work in. You should be reading him over guys like Todd McShay and Mel Kiper, because he, you know, actually looks into what teams need in the draft.

Norris has the Titans taking Sam Hubbard, OLB, Ohio State with the 25th pick. I have an issue with the player he picked with Josh Sweat still on the board, but at least he actually picked a player who plays a position that the Titans need.

Here are Norris’s comments on the pick:

Is it too obvious to link Hubbard to a head coach with Ohio State ties? Maybe even one who recruited him in college? Hubbard fills a need, as the Titans have aging edge rushers.

You know what I would love to see happening? Sweat in the first round and Hubbard in the second. That might sound crazy, but there is a very real chance the Titans will need 2 starting outside linebackers in 2019.
