2018 NFL combine workout schedule, Sunday players to watch, results

Another big day in Indianapolis for Jon Robinson and the Titans.

The linebackers and defensive lineman will be taking the field for workouts in Indianapolis today from the 2018 NFL combine. This, of course, is a group the Titans are particularly interested in. They need and outside linebacker that can come in and make an impact from day one. Inside linebacker is another position they could be looking to upgrade with Avery Williamson set to be a free agent and Wesley Woodyard entering the back end of his career.

The guy I am the most interested in from this group is Harold Landry. If healthy, he is a top 15 pick. That, of course, means the Titans will not have the opportunity to draft him, but if the injuries that slowed him down during his senior season at Boston College are still bothering him, he could very much be in play at 25.

Arden Key is another guy to keep an eye on today. His talent in undeniable, but he has a whole host of off the field issues. Can he convince teams that he is committed to playing football during the interview process?

Yesterday the wide receivers were on the field. Jon Ledyard has a good recap of their results here. I have been running MCM since the middle of the 2006 season. This is the least I have paid attention to what the receivers are doing at the combine. It’s a weird place to be.
