It’s a move that makes plenty of sense, giving the Titans’ decision-makers job security.
Through just two full seasons, Jon Robinson has flipped the Titans from a bottom tier roster in the NFL to one that is playoff ready. His moves to fix up the offensive line, adding veterans like DeMarco Murray and Rishard Matthews, along with patching up the secondary with Kevin Byard and Logan Ryan sent the Titans to the playoffs in just year two of his tenure.
His roster is far from a finished product, but the progress that he’s made is undeniable. Now with a coaching staff in place that he had a hand in hiring, it’s time to go win big. That’s what Amy Adams Strunk has given him the opportunity to go do here.
