We have another team in the mix for Ndamukong Suh. It’s the New York Jets, according to Jordan Schultz — who has been all over this story.
Ndamukong Suh update: #Suh tells me that the #Jets have emerged as a serious contender, alongside the #Titans, #Rams and #Saints (in no particular order). While a visit to NY has yet to be facilitated, Todd Bowles/the Jets have informed Suh precisely how they envision using him.

No visit to the Jets has been scheduled, but Ian Rapoport says that the Jets have made the biggest offer so far.
The #Jets have the biggest offer, though there is no visit yet. Suh would have to take less to go to the other teams… which he may do https://t.co/Zw8lp4vv4Y

So make the field four teams for Suh’s services. It’s now the Titans, Rams, Saints and Jets.
The Jets don’t seem to fit in here with the others, considering Suh’s reported stance of wanting to play for a winner. New York is improving, but I don’t think you would find anyone ready to call them a contender. Pairing Suh on the line with Leonard Williams would be a lethal combination, but the Jets’ offense doesn’t exactly compare with the Rams or Saints — or what we think the Titans’ offense can be in 2018.
We thought we were going to get decision from Suh as early as today, but now everything is on hold once again. We’ll see if a visit to New York materializes.
