Cameron Wolfe is reporting that the Titans are close to a multi-year deal with guard Josh Kline:
Titans are closing in on a multi-year deal to re-sign guard Josh Kline, a source said. It's expected to be done before free agency begins tomorrow. https://t.co/KnoGDo5Cwe

Kline is a better fit for a zone blocking scheme than the power blocking scheme the Titans ran last year. The good news here is that the Matt LaFleur offense will be a zone blocking scheme. See, it all adds up!
So if they do re-sign Kline they could enter 2018 with the same starting offensive line they had the last 2 seasons. That assumes that someone doesn’t come in with an offer for Quinton Spain that the Titans refuse to match.
Having that same line together again is not a bad thing. They have been pretty good the last couple of years. It will be interesting, however, to see how they play in the new scheme. Spain and Jack Conklin are not necessarily suited to be on the move as much as they will be asked to be in the new system.
