Last year the Jaguars signed CB A.J. Bouye away from the Texans. This year the Texans are returning the favor and signing CB Aaron Colvin away from the Jaguars:
Former Jaguars' CB Aaron Colvin intends to sign a 4-year deal with the Houston Texans, per source.

I would say the Jaguars got the better end of that exchange.
The Texans pass defense was really bad last year. That what happens when you lose 2 premiere pass rushers and don’t have very good players in the secondary. The Texans are obviously trying to fix that problem with the signing of Colvin.
This free agency period is pretty crazy. I didn’t imagine we would see a guy like Colvin come off the board this early. He feels like a second wave guy. That speaks to just how week this free agency class is.
Colvin has been in the league for 5 years. The Jaguars selected him with the 144th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft. He has 1 career interception and it came in the playoffs this past season against the Bills.
