Ian Rapoport is reporting that Marqise Lee will be staying with the Jacksonville Jaguars:
#Jaguars are re-signign WR Marqise Lee, source said

He would have become a free agent tomorrow if no deal was reached. The Jags have some salary cap voodoo going on. Somehow they keep signing these high profile deals. It was reported that they have agreed to terms with Andrew Norwell late last night. It has to get them in cap jail eventually. I guess they were forced to let Allen Robinson walk....
Lee hasn’t lived up to his potential yet, but there is no doubt that he is a talented receiver. Jacksonville spent a second round pick on Lee back in 2014. He has been slowed by injuries and terrible quarterback play for the majority of his career.
Schefter is reporting these as the terms of the deal:
Jaguars are giving WR Marqise Lee a four-year deal with a max value of $38 million, including $18M guaranteed, per source.

That’s a pretty team friendly deal for the Jaguars there. It’s a lot less money than what Robinson is getting with the Chicago Bears.
