NFL mock draft 2018: Titans and Sam Hubbard

This is becoming a popular pick in mock drafts for the Titans at #25.

The ties between Sam Hubbard and the Tennessee Titans are obvious. New Titans’ head coach Mike Vrabel has a lot of familiarity with the Ohio State program- where Hubbard played his college football. Vrabel’s #alleged first attempt at an offensive coordinator was Ryan Day from Ohio State. The Titans’ new defensive backs coach, Kerry Coombs, was a defensive coach for the Buckeyes in 2017.

Oh yeah, and the Titans need an EDGE rusher. So, it should come as no surprise that Dan Kadar has the Titans taking Hubbard in his latest 2018 NFL mock draft:

Hubbard is another player to keep in mind when the combine comes around. By the time Tennessee is on the clock in the first round, they could be choosing between him and Arden Key of LSU.

I would be good with this pick. I would prefer Harold Landry out of Boston College, but he was already off the board in this mock and will probably be off the board when the Titans pick in April.
