There were 2 really awesome moments in the Titans win over the Giants yesterday. The first came when Marcus Mariota ended a defensive player for the second time in as many years. We all remember week 17 last season when he buried Barry Church at Nissan Stadium. This time the victim was New York Giants linebacker Alec Ogletree:

BOOM!
The second was at the end of the game when the Titans defense paid homage to Remember the Titans:

This team is a lot of fun. There are 2 weeks in the season and they have a really good shot at making the playoffs if they win out. That’s really remarkable considering all of the adversity this team has faced.
It really is a credit to the job that Mike Vrabel has done. There was talk mid-year that maybe the Titans made a mistake firing Mike Mularkey after last season. That can be put to rest once and for all with wins in these next two games.
