Golden Tate is reporting that he has been traded to the Philadelphia Eagles. Adam Schefter later confirmed the report and that it was for a 3rd round pick. Meanwhile, the Titans still have Cameron Batson on their roster. Jon Robinson continues to think his pass catching group is good enough.

Look, there is still time for a move to be made, but as of now we have seen the Jaguars go out and acquire Carlos Hyde and the Texans acquire Demaryius Thomas. Both of those teams have made moves to upgrade their rosters. The Titans still have done nothing, and they are going nowhere in this division if they don’t upgrade their pass catchers.

None of us want Robinson to mortgage the future for a short-term rental, but there are moves that can still be made to upgrade the offense. I can’t fathom a scenario where they do nothing today, but maybe that’s what ends up happening....
