Titans bring back Jalston Fowler

The Titans have re-signed* FB Jalston Fowler. SUPER BOWLZ!!1 Look, I guess this means that the Titans are going to try and load up and run out of the I-formation a little bit more. That must have been the conclusion that Mike Vrabel and Matt LaFleur came to after evaluating the offense during the bye week. WOO WHOO!!

On a positive note, according to our good friend Mike, this probably means that we are going to see less snaps from the tight ends.

Mike also texted me this: “Dial 615-888-8888 to get your season tickets today!!! Ignite the fullback!”

Fowler was initially a 4th(!) round pick by Ruston Webster and the Titans back in 2014. It was good the Titans grabbed him there when he probably would have been available in the 6th round. It’s always good to overdraft a fullback!

*I guess you still call it re-signing when it has been a year since he last played here.
