The Titans may have a completely new coaching staff next year. The only coach with a chance to return is Deshea Townsend. I love that we are going in a whole new direction.

Ian Rapoport of NFL Network mentioned that the Titans and Vrabel have interest in bringing John DeFilippo in as the offensive coordinator. Look at what the Eagles have done all season long with Carson Wentz, and now in the postseason with Nick Foles. Its hard to imagine that Marcus Mariota wouldn’t succeed in that offense. Again, if Vrabel hires DeFilippo, this would be a home run hire.

The Titans are at the Senior Bowl this week, looking at candidates for coaching positions and also scouting players. I’d like to make my first draft take, and I don’t think it is a particularly hot take, but the team that selects Josh Allen in the first round will regret it. He. Is. Trash.
