Gary Klein of the LA Times is reporting that Los Angeles Rams offensive coordinator Matt LaFleur will interview for the Titans head coaching vacancy:
Rams OC Matt LaFleur will interview for the Titans HC job, a person with knowledge of the situation said.

LeFleur just finished his first season as the Rams offensive coordinator. He was the Falcons QB coach for two years before moving to the Rams.
One note from Klein on LaFleur:
LaFleur had not called plays. Perhaps an interview for future and/or learn from how Rams saw Titans.

Ideally you would want an OC who had experience calling plays, but at this point I am open to anyone who comes in with good ideas on how to scheme the offense to Marcus Mariota’s strengths. If LaFleur has the best answers for that, then by all means he should be in consideration.
Hey, we are getting a real coaching search this time. Last time they conducted interviews, but it was always going to be Mike Mularkey. Jon Robinson is turning over every rock to get the best guy for the job. I can’t wait to see how it ends up being.
