The Titans have announced that they are keeping tackle Dennis Kelly around on a new multi-year deal. Kelly was due to be a free agent at the end of the 2017 season.
#Titans sign versatile backup OL Dennis Kelly to a multi-year contract extension.

Kelly will make $880,000 playing for the Titans this season. You may remember that the Titans acquired Kelly in exchange for Dorial Green-Beckham, who was shipped to Philadelphia. The Eagles have since cut DGB, who was a disappointment for the Eagles in his lone season with the team in 2016.
Kelly, on the other hand, was exactly what the Titans needed. He provided a versatile piece for the team up front, where they lacked depth. Not only did he provide insurance at tackle, but Kelly was used heavily in the run game as an extra blocker. I would expect that role to expand with the loss of Anthony Fasano.
The terms of the deal were not initially released, but we’ll get that updated once they are given to us.
