This time next week the Titans will be in training camp! While you wait for that, watch all 26 of Marcus Mariota’s passing touchdowns from last season courtesy of rsikes:
Watching that gets me really #hype for this season because he was able to do all of that and he didn’t even have Corey Davis! Mariota ended last season with 3,426 yards, 26 touchdowns, and 9 interceptions in 15 games. Those are really solid numbers, and I think he will demolish them in 2017.
The Titans still talk about wanting to be a run first, ball control offense, but what they did with their early draft picks suggests that they will be departing from that philosophy at least little bit this season.
Mariota attempted 451 passes last season. I am setting the over/under at 550 this season, so in the comments leave your prediction on over/under for that number as well as how many yards, touchdowns and interceptions you think he will throw in 2017.
I will take the over on attempts. My prediction is 4,022 yards, 32 touchdowns and 12 interceptions.
