Will an alleged Dallas bar incident affect Ezekiel Elliott’s fantasy football value?

Fantasy football drafts are starting to fire up all over the place. Dallas Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott is a guy that is in the conversation as the #1 overall pick. He had an incredible rookie year when he rushed for 1,631 yards and 15 touchdowns. Those numbers are just silly and seem repeatable with the offensive line he has in front of him.

Well, you might want to spend that pick on Le’Veon Bell or David Johnson if you are doing a draft this morning. ESPN is reporting that Elliot was involved in an incident at a Dallas bar Sunday night. We don’t know anything at this point, but it is concerning that because the NFL is already a domestic violence issued Elliott was allegedly involved in back in 2016. We know that the NFL doesn’t always wait for official investigations to play out. They will sometimes jump the gun when multiple incidents are involved.

So you might want to keep an eye on this leading up to your fantasy football drafts over the next couple of months.
