If you have been around MCM since January, you know that Terry Lambert is the driver of the Corey Davis hype train. Lambert identified Davis as the player he wanted the most very early in the draft process. Davis’s hype train was slowed down because of his injury, but he has been a full participant in the offseason program to this point. IT’S TIME TO GET HYPE!!!1
Here’s the thing, the Titans haven’t had a receiver here with Davis’s ceiling since Kenny Britt (and we all know how that ended). Think about it this way, people got really hype about Tajae Sharpe last offseason. His ceiling was always a #3 receiver. Trust me when I say that Davis’s ceiling is a top-5 receiver in the NFL.
Davis is also the guy that going to open up things underneath for DeMarco Murray and Derrick Henry. He gives the Titans a legitimate deep threat that they didn’t have last year. Rishard Matthews is a really good receiver, but teams didn’t have to respect his deep speed like they will with Davis.
Marcus Mariota to Corey Davis will be the connection that finally leads the Titans to a Super Bowl!
Need more reason to get HYPE?!??!?
New @Titans WR @c_davis_81 highlights look eerily similar to those of @RandyMoss... #notsayingjustsaying #TitanUp #hypetrain pic.twitter.com/m2uDDMwSLY

WR Corey Davis -- Separate on the deep crossing route. And then make a play after the catch. #Titans pic.twitter.com/kCnjJxOWhE
