Nate Palmer is having a pretty good offseason, but he doesn't want to hear the compliments. Dick LeBeau complimented his offseason work, and Palmer said he was flattered, but wanted to cover his ears when the message was given to him. He said he doesn't want to feel complacent with where he is at, and he feels a lot of times that people become complacent when they receive praise. He wants to keep working and improving. He says he feels he is getting faster, and LeBeau says Palmer is looking more athletic out on the field.
Terry McCormick is reporting that the Titans are still in play for linebacker Erik Walden. Walden visited the Titans about three months ago, and per a source, the Titans have remained in contact with him. Walden is turning 32 this year, and last season he recorded a career high of
32 11 sacks. The Titans could still use depth at outside linebacker, and Dodd is still recovering from a second surgery he had this past January. Currently the Titans have Wallace and Carraway behind starters Orakpo and Morgan.
That's all for today. Happy reading!
