The Titans announced a roster move this morning, bringing in receiver Mekale McKay and waiving cornerback John Green.
ROSTER MOVES: We have waived/injured CB John Green and signed free agent WR Mekale McKay. #Titans

Connecticut cornerback John Green was one that we were rooting for here at MCM. Green was undrafted, but he was kind enough to come on our podcast and talk about his draft process and how he ended up with the Titans. Hopefully he’s able to land on his feet with another team. We’re certainly pulling for him here.
As for Mekale McKay, he’s a big bodied receiver out of Cincinnati that has bounced around since entering the league last year. He’s 6-4, 207 pounds and was once thought of highly in the NFL Draft community. He’s spent time with the Colts, Jaguars and Broncos. I’d guess he’s nothing more than a camp body, but the Titans don’t have a lot of size at receiver, so we’ll see if he get a shot.
