Titans running back DeMarco Murray became the sixth Tennessee Titans to hit the NFL Network’s top 100 list. The Titans lead back checked in at 33rd overall.

Murray’s bounce back season in 2016 was a big reason why the Titans made a leap in the win column. The additions up front on the offensive line certainly made a massive difference as well.
It was Jon Robinson’s first big move during his time as the Titans General Manager. It’s hard to believe that Murray was acquired for a simple swap of 4th round picks. What a deal.
Can Murray keep up the pace in 2017? We’ll see. He seemed to hit a wall near the end of the 2016 campaign — and understandably so. He was the catalyst of the offense, handing a ton of carries. Maybe we’ll see a little more Derrick Henry this season with hopes of keeping Murray fresh, possibly even for a playoff run.
